About Alumni Association
A small group of Alumni came together informally in 2004 to cater to the networking and collaboration needs of the yet small Alumni base. A constitution document was drafted, which continues to be the foundational document for the association. From 2004 to 2012, the Alumni Association continued to function as an informal entity largely catering to the social networking needs of the ISB Alumni.
After several years of functioning as an informal setup, a formal entity was established in September 2012 under the name of ISB Alumni Association (ISBAA). The association was registered as a Society under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act 2001 and initial by-laws were defined at the time of registration.
Over time, as we have grown in size, we also formed various regional and city-based Chapters to represent our Alumni better.
Today, ISBAA caters to a wide range of Alumni requirements – from networking & learning to cross-batch collaboration to interest & career based groups and to philanthropic and social causes as well.
Copies of association articles and bye-laws are available with the Secretariat for all Alumni.
